Hello classmates and teacher, today the topic is euthanasia. Well If you ask me, Voluntary euthanasia and assisted suicide is a highly debated topic and what comes to my mind when I hear the word ‘euthanasia`? I think it is a very complicated topic, because are we able to decide the death of someone? But also, Legalizing euthanasia would help reduce suffering of terminally ill sufferers. It could be inhuman. In case there is people struggling with terminal ailments or perhaps circumstances where effective treatment might not have an effect on their quality lifestyle; they ought to be in the liberty to select induced dying.
Really, I don`t know any famous case of euthanasia, except some cases of films and I am not very religious, so I don`t have any problem with it.
Do governments have the rigtht to keep suffering people alive? Really I believe that only families and living their own experience in this moment, can decide, but the governments are alien people that they aren`t living the experience. this is a very delicate subject and in my opinion the euthanasia will be legal, and the person or the families has the freedom to decide!

E n g l a n d
Here again how are you today? Well, the topic today is a country I´d like to visit. It´s very difficult for me, because l´d like to visit all places around the world! But if you ask me “ Which country would you like to go to?” I say you: England. WHY? Oh, It should be a elegant country, (jajaja) and meet the the beatles´s country is a great idea for me. Well, Morrisey´s country too! My god! I only know that it is a very cold country but It don´t matter, the real problem that is everything is very-very expensive. If I ´ll go to England, I ´ ll do a lot of things, and I ´ll go to Brit party listen to Joy division all night long. Because really I don’t know if I would like to go to England to Study here. First, I prefer go on vacations!

The Cinema
It consists of a presentation of the topic “The Cinema”, really this topic is very interesting for me, because I like so much the cinema. I always watch films at home. In my computer I download films by a siteweb called “Cuevana”, This site has become very popular because is fantastic. Well, I always go tho the cinema too, it´s a great outlet for me, but I never rent films, because I download the films :)
What is the best chilean film I have ever seen? Really, I don´t know, I like somuch the chilean cinema, and I have seen A LOT of films in my life, some of then I can´t remeber their names. But “El pejesapo”, is a incredible film, is very very strange and the kind of this film is something like alternqative cinema. I watched this only one time.
Daniel SS is the main character, and he is a personage really disoriented, that after a suicidal bankrupt it returns to reinitiate his life from the Maipo River to the center of Santiago. In this route, He doesn´t discover any emotion that restricts the decision to finish with its existence.
I recommend you this film totally, if you watch it, perhaps you think it is very strange, but really I like this kind of films. And if thet make a film of my life, I would like this film will have a beautiful photograph, and the kind of this film will be like films with few monetary resources!

New and strange term!
Hello,How are you?
I am back here again! seven months ago that I wrote in this blog...
Today I go to write about my special term, (everbody talks a lot about this, most of all my family, ALWAYS askme about this subject!) The term is veeeeery special, because it will be of only two months and well, my term started 3 weeks ago, and I didn`t know if I really want to return to class, but I am here, and I have to do it and I don`t complicate my life. (more ajajaj)
About my subjetcs in this term, I have 8 subjects. Really, are many, but It allows me a better future in the university, because the next year I will have only 5 !
My Favourite subject is psychiatry because I like a lot because I really like the topics we learn, and both teachers subject are excellent professionals and academics.
Really There aren`t subjects funny and very interesting in summer, feeling hot! But I hope It happenes fast and enjoy my term like any other. If I exemp of all my subjects I will have 1 month of vacations, and It will be NICE (:

"My Current Job"
Hello, How are you? Today I`m going to write my post number six in my english blog. (Remember: I am trying to be bilingual!) Really I don´t know what I want write, because today my creativity isn´t good.
Well, I`m going to write about my current job: I`m working realizing surveys in university, for an investigation that realices University of Chile for “Characterization of the students of the University of Chile”.
For this, It was necessary to contact different students of differents faculties inside the Universitity, and this mission hasn`t been easy, because the students don`t know what about the survey, or simply they don´t answer the phone.
The intention of the survey is can know the opinion of the students about differents topics, like topics about education, political, values of life, etc. Is very important to mention that the information that they will answer is will be totally anonymous and it will be used exclusively by the center of studies of Univesity of Chile: “CEFECH”.
Really, I am working in this because I need money, and I don´t like do surveys like this. I don`t think that this could reflect real-real information about the students, there are questions very strange! For example there are some questions that probably I couldn`t answer…
For every survey that I realice, They pay me $4000, And at the end of the week I must rig the surveys in the computer, in a special program very funny! Supposedly I will realize 20 surveys in total, so, salary will be $80.000, It is very good salary for me, because really, the job is very esay and light, and the most important thing: I don`t spend a lo of time!

My favourite Picture
Hello, How are you classmates and teacher?
Today I have to write about my favourite picture, because I don`t have anything. Really I like a lot of pictures, because there are mucho amazing pictures, of some differents styles!
But today I`m going to talk about a picture of the Sigur Ros`s documentary, called "Heima".
In the year 2006, in the endless magic hour of the Icelandic summer, Sigur Rós played a series of concerts around their homeland. The tour was filmed in their natural habitat, and this film was called "Heima".
Really I don`t know when the picture was taken but I Think that the picture was taken in the year 2006, when the documetary was filmed, but and I don`t know who was the phtography`s director of the documentary, but anyway, the director of photography could be a great photographer, the photo is really amazing!
Well, What it shows? It shows a lot of people jumping into the space from a big rock, in a city in Island.
Sigur ros is a Island band of post rock music with shoegazing and minimalist elements. So, picture represents those elements of the music that of this band. I`s a relatively experimental band...
Personally, I really like the band, I am a fan of the band! and when I saw the film I was surprised and I started to search photos in differents sitewebs, and suddenly I found it! It liked me too much! The colours of the photo are very nice, and it´s very original.
Well, I leave you the photo! and I hope you sew Heima and to listen the music of Sigur ros, because is a great-great band.

Free topic
Hello! How are you?
Today, I can talk you about something I like! is a "free topic" :)
So, I will write about carnival school "ChinchinTirapié", principally because from this year I am a member of this school, and It has been a wonderful experience for me.
Chinchintirapié is an automanaged school and without ends of profit,an it was created in the year 2006.
The idea is to form a carnival with the mythical symbol "santiaguino" : Chinchintirapié, accompanied of dancers, a band and fashion-plates.
Chinchin is the original and street drum, and from this one, many paces can be born! like cuecas and cumbias!
Well, My role inside the school is to dance and to sing and it needs great discipline and responsibility, with yourself, and with your classmates...

An important personage in my field
Hello, I´m writing my third note in this blog! Today I´m going to talk you about an important personage in my field for me: Michel Foucault ( Remember: I study Psychology ) An I really like this topic because I think He was an important french philosopher and great psychologist.
Michel Foucault was born in Poitiers on October 15th, 1926 and he died in Paris on June 25th , 1984. He went to a jesuit college, and then he studied philosophy and psychology in the Escuela Normal Superior de Paris.
Foucault was a member of the French Communist party, between 1950 and 1953. And took part in many social projects dedicated to different areas of the humanities.
He is known principally by his critical studies of the social instutions, especially the psychiatry, medicine, the human sciencies and the systems of prison.
Well, definitively, I believe that he was an amazing and great man, He contributed so much to the society...

Some relatively boring things

Well, after a recess in my cyber-world, I am here of return!!
Today, I was studying statistics, because tomorrow I`ll have a very boring quiz :( and in this moment, I`m tired...
But not everything is so ugly!
12 days left until Paul McCartney`s concert!, It will be the BIG-BIG event of the month, of the year!
I take advantage of this space, to send a huf for my friend Denise, She is a real TRIlingual, Goddess of the lenguages :)

Hello ladies and gentlemen. My name is Javiera Michea and I`m 19 years old. I`m in the english class level 3 of the "Universidad de Chile" because I study Psychology in that university. I suppose that in another opportunity I can tell you about my field! Really, this is the first time that I have and I write in blog, and it has not been a good experience, the computer has erased my information twice and is very boring!
